Service descriptions:

• 5 years – Valid for five years from the date of device purchase. The target device must have an equally long onsite warranty
• Tech Install CRU – Some computer parts are so-called CRU (Customer Replaceable Unit) parts, which are intended to be replaced by the user in case of faults (Lenovo provides the replacement part). If a technician is required on-site for all service cases to perform part replacements, the Tech Install CRU add-on service is necessary

Compatibility:

• Includes, among others, the models listed below with a 5-year onsite warranty

• Incompatible extended service plans will be refunded
• The extended service plan must be registered during the device’s factory warranty period
