Service descriptions:

• 5 years – Valid for five years from the device purchase date. The target device must have an onsite warranty of the same length
• Tech Install CRU – Some computer parts are so-called CRU (Customer Replaceable Unit) parts, intended to be replaced by the user themselves in case of faults (Lenovo provides the replacement part). If a technician is required to be present for all service cases to perform part replacements, the Tech Install CRU add-on service is necessary

• Including the models listed below, which have a 5-year onsite warranty

• The extended service plan must be registered during the device’s factory warranty period

Extended service plans are registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.
