Service descriptions:

• 5 years – The extended service is valid for five years from the date of purchase of the device
• Onsite – The service center primarily aims to guide device repair by phone and send parts by mail. If necessary, the service center will send a technician on-site to resolve the issue

• Models with a standard 1-year depot warranty (see list below)
