Service descriptions:

• 5 years – The extended service is valid for five years from the device purchase date
• Onsite – The service center primarily aims to guide device repair by phone and send parts by mail. If necessary, a technician will be sent onsite to resolve the issue

• Models with a standard 3-year onsite (pickup & return) warranty (see list below)
