Service descriptions:

• 4 years – Valid for four years from the device purchase date. The target device must have an equally long onsite warranty
• Tech Install CRU – Some computer parts are so-called CRU (Customer Replaceable Unit) parts, which are intended to be replaced by the user themselves in possible fault situations (Lenovo provides the replacement part). If a technician is required to be present on-site in all service cases to perform part replacements, the Tech Install CRU additional service is necessary
