Service descriptions:

• 4 years – Valid for four years from the device purchase date. The target device must have an onsite warranty of the same length
• Tech Install CRU – Some computer parts are so-called CRU (Customer Replaceable Unit) parts, intended to be replaced by the user in possible fault situations (Lenovo supplies the replacement part). If a technician is required to be present for all maintenance cases to perform part replacements, the Tech Install CRU additional service is necessary
