Service descriptions:

• 4 years – Valid for four years from the date of device purchase. The target device must have an onsite warranty of the same length.
• Tech Install CRU – Some computer parts are so-called CRU (Customer Replaceable Unit) parts, intended to be replaced by the user in case of faults (Lenovo provides the replacement part). If a technician is required to perform part replacements on-site in all service cases, the Tech Install CRU add-on service is necessary.
