Service descriptions:

• 4 years – Valid for four years from the date of device purchase. The target device must have an equally long onsite warranty
• Tech Install CRU – Some computer parts are so-called CRU (Customer Replaceable Unit) parts, which are intended to be replaced by the user themselves in case of faults (Lenovo provides the replacement part). If a technician is required onsite for all service cases to perform part replacements, the Tech Install CRU add-on service is necessary
