Service descriptions:

• 4 years – The extended warranty is valid for four years from the device purchase date
• Onsite – The service center primarily aims to guide device repairs over the phone and send parts by mail. If necessary, the service center will send a technician on-site to resolve the issue

Compatibility:

• Models with a standard 3-year onsite warranty (see list below)
• Check compatibility primarily with the Lenovo Smart Find system at https://smartfind.lenovo.com/services/
• Incompatible extended warranties will be refunded
• The extended warranty must be registered during the device’s factory warranty period

Extended warranties are registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.

Registration requires the serial number of the target device.
