Service Descriptions:

• 4 Years – The service extension is valid for four years from the date of purchase.
• Onsite – The service provider will primarily guide you over the phone to assist with device repairs and will send parts via mail. If necessary, a technician will be dispatched to your location to resolve the issue.

Compatibility:

• Models that come with a standard 2-Year Depot Warranty (see list below)
• Check compatibility primarily using the Lenovo Smart Find system at https://smartfind.lenovo.com/services/
• Incompatible service extensions will be refunded.
• The service extension must be registered during the device’s factory warranty period.

Service extensions will be registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.

Registration requires the serial number of the target device.

NOTE! The service extension does not cover the device’s battery.
