Service descriptions:

• 3 years – Valid for three years from the date of purchase. The target device must have an equally long onsite warranty
• Tech Install CRU – Some computer parts are so-called CRU (Customer Replaceable Unit) parts, intended to be replaced by the user in case of faults (Lenovo provides the replacement part). If a technician is required onsite for all service cases to perform part replacements, the Tech Install CRU add-on service is necessary

• Including the models listed below, which have a 3-year onsite warranty
