Service descriptions:

• 3 years – The extended service is valid for three years from the date of purchase of the device
• Premium Care – The extended maintenance and support package provides peace of mind. You get help and guidance both for getting started and for usage. Support is reachable via phone, chat, or email. Any malfunctions are handled with a quick response time and on-site service if necessary.

Compatibility:

• Models with a standard 2-year Depot warranty (see list below)
• Check compatibility primarily with the Lenovo Smart Find system at https://smartfind.lenovo.com/services/
• Incompatible extended service plans are refunded
• The extended service must be registered during the device’s factory warranty period

Extended service plans are registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.

Registration requires the serial number of the target device.
