Service descriptions:

• 3 years – The extended service is valid for three years from the date of purchase of the device
• Onsite – The service center primarily aims to guide the repair of the device by phone and send parts by mail. If necessary, the service center will send a technician onsite to resolve the issue

Compatibility:

• For example, ThinkPad Yoga X380, Yoga 370, Yoga 260, and Yoga 460 models, which come with a standard 1-year Depot warranty
• Check compatibility primarily with the Lenovo Smart Find system at https://smartfind.lenovo.com/services/
• Incompatible extended service plans will be refunded
• The extended service must be registered during the device’s factory warranty period

Extended service plans are registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.

Registration requires the serial number of the target device.
