Service descriptions:

• 3 years – The extended service is valid for three years from the date of purchase of the device
• Onsite – The service center primarily attempts to guide the repair over the phone and send parts by mail. If necessary, the service center sends a technician on-site to resolve the issue

Compatibility:

• Models with a standard 2-year Depot warranty (see list below)
• Check compatibility primarily with the Lenovo Smart Find system at https://smartfind.lenovo.com/services/
• Incompatible extended service plans will be refunded
• The extended service must be registered during the device’s factory warranty period

Extended service plans are registered in the system about one week after purchase.

Registration requires the serial number of the target device.

NOTE! The extended service does not cover the device’s battery.
