Service descriptions:

  • 2 years – The extended service is valid for two years from the device’s purchase date
  • Premium Care – The extended service and support package provides peace of mind. You get help and guidance both for getting started and for usage. Support is available via phone, chat, or email. Any faults are handled with a quick response time and, if necessary, on-site service.
  • Accidental Damage Protection (ADP)** – Covers damages such as drops, spills, bumps, power surges, screen damage without repair fees
  • Improved computer performance and security – Lenovo Smart Performance software helps diagnose and resolve performance and security issues, improves computer operation, and protects against malware
  • Extended battery protection** – The basic battery warranty is one year. The extended battery protection offers a one-time replacement if the battery fails after the first year or its performance drops below standards.
  • Data transfer – Lenovo Migration Assistant is an easy-to-use, fast, and seamless tool that transfers important data and settings to the new computer – via your Internet connection
