The robot has 3 weapons: a sword, a staff, and a bow weapon with 2 arrows. The weapons can be swapped with those from the separately sold Riyu Ninja Dragon set (71855). The NINJAGO playset also includes 3 minifigures for play: Cole with his hammer, Dragon Zane with his swords, and the Acid Monster with his staffs.
