The E8 Midnight Silver (ED) is JURA’s fifth-generation fully automatic espresso machine, combining ease of use with versatile coffee enjoyment. It offers three different coffee worlds – Classic Hot Brew, Light Brew, and Sweet Foam – and a total of 27 specialty coffees, creating unique flavor experiences for every coffee lover.
Classic Hot Brew prepares traditional, intense coffee with hot water, while Light Brew extracts coffee at about 60 °C for a lighter coffee experience. The Sweet Foam function complements both flavor worlds and opens new coffee experiences by combining coffee with sweet foam.
The machine features a P.A.G.2 coffee grinder that grinds the beans evenly and always returns to its starting position to best unlock the coffee aromas. The grind amount and settings are adjustable, and the device allows coffee preparation for one or two cups simultaneously.
The E8 includes a Coffee Timer function, allowing you to schedule your morning coffee with the J.O.E.® app and enjoy freshly ground coffee as soon as you wake up. It includes Wi-Fi connectivity and smartphone remote support, enabling device control via mobile. The Quality Assistant function ensures consistent quality and extends the device’s lifespan. The touchscreen and clear user interface make coffee preparation smooth. Additionally, the device has an automatic cleaning system and an anti-scale system.
