i-Size seat belt seat with ISOFIX anchors

The Joie i-Trillo FX seat belt seat meets all the safety tests according to the new ECE R129/03 (i-Size) standard and has also been ADAC tested (4 stars, overall score 2.3). The seat is suitable for a child 100–150 cm / approximately 4–12 years old, and installation is forward-facing. The seat uses heat-reactive Memory Foam seat cushions that perfectly adapt to the child. The headrest height can also be raised with one hand by up to 10 levels. The corners of the seat feature fold-in cup holders for travel drinks. The seat’s integrated Guard Surround Safety™ side impact protection significantly reduces side collision forces.

The Joie i-Trillo FX seat belt seat is installed using the car’s ISOFIX system, which reduces the risk of incorrect installation and ensures a secure attachment. The ISOFIX anchors are integrated into the seat (no separate base), and the ISOFIX lock also keeps the seat in place during travel when the child is not seated.

The removable cover of the safety seat can be machine washed (delicate wash at 30 degrees, no tumble drying).

NOTE! The Joie i-Trillo FX seat belt seat is secured using the car’s three-point seat belt, or with the belt + integrated ISOFIX attachment. Before purchasing, we recommend verifying your car’s compatibility with ISOFIX installation. The seat design also allows three i-Size boosters to be placed side by side in the second row of seats (up to 135 cm wide).

The I-SIZE R129 standard aims to improve child safety during car journeys and reduce incorrect seat installation. In the R129 standard, crash tests are performed with a test dummy equipped with 32 sensors instead of the traditional 4 sensors, and side impact is specifically included as part of the approval marking.
