Adaptive 2-in-1 Seat
The excellent Joie Every Stage R129 car seat works both as a safety seat suitable for children under 3 years old and as a booster seat suitable for school-aged children. The unique 2-in-1 function allows the little one to travel rear-facing supported by the seat’s own 5-point harness like in any other car seat, but once the child has grown, the seat converts into a booster seat suitable for school-aged children. At this point, the harness is removed, the seat is turned forward-facing, and by raising the headrest, more space is created on the sides and around the head area. Color-coded belt guides make it easier to install the seat in the car and to fasten the seatbelt to the child when traveling forward-facing.
Compliant with the latest safety classification R129/03 (i-Size), it meets the newest crash test requirements and also promotes compatibility with different car brands. The steel-reinforced frame and three-layer foam padding in the headrest absorb collision forces from various directions. In addition to safety, seat comfort has been enhanced with an adjustable seat angle, ventilation-enhancing openings, and a flexible storage pocket. The pocket can be used to store small items but is also suitable as a bottle holder.
The removable cover of the car seat can be washed in the washing machine (gentle wash at 30 degrees, no tumble drying).
The Joie Every Stage R129 car seat is classified in the 40–145 cm seat group and is suitable for use up to approximately 12 years of age.
