HP Service Extension is an easy and affordable way to minimize problems caused by service cases.

Service descriptions:

• 36 months – The service extension is valid for three years from the device’s purchase date
• Pickup & Return – The service center primarily aims to guide device repair over the phone and, if necessary, send parts by mail. If needed, the service center will send a courier to pick up the package from you.

Compatibility:

• Compatible with models: Envy 14, 15, 17, m6, M7, ENVY TouchSmart 17, m6, Envy x2, ENVY x360, Omen 15, Pavilion x2
• Check compatibility primarily with the HP Care Pack Central system at: http://cpc.ext.hp.com/portal/site/cpc/
• Incompatible service extensions will be refunded

Service extensions are registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.

Registration requires the target device’s serial number.
