HP Service Extension is an easy and affordable way to minimize problems caused by service cases.

Service Descriptions:

• 36 months – The service extension is valid for three years from the device purchase date
• On-Site – The service provider primarily aims to guide device repairs by phone and, if necessary, send parts by mail. If needed, the service provider will send a technician on-site to resolve the issue.
• NBD – The technician will perform any necessary actions on the next business day if the request is delivered to the service provider by 4:00 PM.

• Fits many models, including HP EliteBook Folio 1040 and 9470m, EliteBook 820, 840, 850, 2X70p, 2540p, 2560p, 2740p, 2760p, 8460p, 8560p, 8470p, 8570p, 8570w, 8540w, 8560w
• Note! Not compatible with ProBook 640/650 G1 models

• Incompatible service extensions will be refunded

Service extensions are registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.

Registration requires the target device’s serial number.
