HP Service Extension is an easy and affordable way to minimize problems caused by service cases.

Service Descriptions:

• 36 months – The service extension is valid for three years from the device purchase date
• On-Site – The service provider primarily attempts to guide the device repair by phone and, if necessary, sends parts by mail. If needed, the service provider sends a technician on-site to resolve the issue.
• NBD – The technician performs any necessary actions the next business day when the request has been delivered to the service provider by 4:00 PM.
• ADP – accidental damage protection
• DMR – the customer gets to keep the damaged device media

Compatibility:

• Compatible with several models, including HP 630, 650, Mini 51XX
• Check compatibility primarily with the HP Care Pack Central system at http://www.hp.com/go/cpc
• Incompatible service extensions will be refunded

Service extensions are registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.

Registration requires the serial number of the target device.
