The drivetrain relies on XT’s reliable solutions with gear ratios suitable for electric bikes. The Manitou Mastodon Comp front fork absorbs bumps and smooths riding on uneven terrain. Bike delivery and setup

The bike is delivered in factory packaging, almost fully assembled. Unless otherwise stated in the product information, the assembly level is 95%, meaning most parts are pre-installed. The bike can be made ride-ready with a few simple steps.

What you need to do before your first ride:

• Install the pedals – Apply a little grease or oil to the pedal threads before installation. Make sure the right and left pedals go on the correct sides. Start tightening by hand and finish with a tool. Tighten carefully.
• Check brakes and gears – Although brakes and gears are adjusted at the factory, we recommend checking their functionality before riding.
• Install small parts – The bell, reflectors, and other small parts are usually delivered separately. Remember to install them for safe riding.

Assembly levels at a glance:

• 98% – “Ready to ride”

  To install: front wheel, pedals, seatpost. The stem must be turned and tightened. Brakes and gears are factory adjusted.

• 95% – Basic assembly

  To install: front wheel, pedals, seatpost, handlebar. Check tightness of bolts and nuts. Brakes and gears require fine-tuning.

• 90% – Partially assembled

  To install: front wheel, pedals, seatpost, handlebar, fenders, and possibly a basket. Brakes and gears are likely not adjusted.

First service

We recommend the bike’s first service after 100–300 km of riding at a professional bike service shop.
