The updated 2T model is even quieter and offers more torque at low speeds. Enhanced magnets and their improved placement reduce vibrations and boost maximum power output. The Neo trainer can also be used without a power source, though it won’t perfectly simulate downhill rides, and you’ll need to pedal for a moment to establish a wireless connection.
The device comes with a Shimano HG freehub, which is compatible with 8-11 speed road cassettes and 12-speed mountain bike cassettes. Optional freehubs are available, including the Shimano Microspline, SRAM XD-R, and Campagnolo freehub bodies. Please note that a rear cassette is not included with the device.
