To attach, simply unscrew the collet and collet nut from your compatible Dremel multifunction tool, screw it onto the flexible shaft, and secure your desired accessory using the flexible shaft’s collet lock button. Make sure to tighten the accessory properly. Then, attach and secure the shield to the multifunction tool before connecting the flexible shaft and your chosen accessory.
For optimal performance and durability, we recommend using a small amount of heat-resistant bearing grease on the core after cleaning it every 10 hours of use.
