With Dell ProSupport, customers can take full advantage of Dell’s support services and ensure the operational reliability of business-critical systems in all situations. ProSupport always includes spare parts and on-site repair.

Service descriptions:

• 5 years – The service extension is valid for five years from the date of device purchase
• ProSupport support number and access to technical experts 24/7, in Finnish from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• On-site support including work at the customer’s premises with next business day response time – 24/7
• Software support covering supported operating systems and certain third-party software
• SupportAssist functionality for proactive, automatic fault detection, fault notifications, and automatic support case creation

Compatibility:

• Models from the Latitude 7290, 7300, 7390, 7400, 7490, 7300, 7400, 7310, 7410, 7420, 7320, 7520 series, which come standard with a 3-year Basic Onsite Support warranty
• Incompatible service extensions will be refunded
• NOTE! The service extension must be registered within 30 days of the device purchase. You can check your device’s factory warranty validity on Dell’s support page using the device’s Service Tag identifier
