Service descriptions:

  • 3 years – The service extension is valid for three years from the date of purchase of the device
  • Phone, email, and online support – availability during normal working hours on weekdays
  • On-site support including work at the customer’s premises if needed – availability during normal working hours on weekdays

Compatibility:

  • Dell Latitude 5000 series with a standard 1-year Basic Onsite warranty
  • Incompatible service extensions will be refunded
  • NOTE! The service extension must be registered during the device’s factory warranty period. You can check your device’s factory warranty validity on Dell’s support pages using the device’s Service Tag

Service extensions are registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.

To register the service extension, the device’s Service Tag is required. Please provide this when ordering.
