Creality Filament System (CFS)
The Creality Filament System (CFS) enhances the 3D printing experience with automatic filament selection and storage. With four CFS units, the K2 Plus enables 16-color printing, offering a broad color palette. The system simplifies filament management with automatic loading and unloading and also functions as a drying box with smart temperature and humidity controls. CFS supports four 1 kg spools and is compatible with various filaments such as PLA, PETG, and ABS, but is not suitable for flexible materials like TPU.
Highly durable “Matrix” frame
The K2 Plus printer features a sturdy “Matrix” outer shell made from an aerospace aluminum alloy. This cast frame, which includes reinforced XYZ axes, ensures maximum stability and precision even at high printing speeds.
Advanced Step-Servo motors on all axes
Equipped with state-of-the-art step-servo motors, the K2 Plus offers 32,768 microsteps per revolution, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and sensitivity. The printer achieves speeds up to 600 mm/s and acceleration of 30,000 mm/s², while maintaining a quiet operation level of only 45 dB at 300 mm/s printing speed.
Next-generation “Apus” extruder
The Direct Drive Apus metal extruder is designed for excellence and can reach temperatures up to 350 °C, enabling a wide range of material processing.
Master of material options
The K2 Plus’s actively heated chamber can reach 60 °C, making it suitable for durable engineering materials.
Dual AI cameras
The K2 Plus is equipped with two AI-driven cameras that ensure print quality and accuracy up to 0.05 mm.
