The Capidi Premium baby monitor retains all the distinguishing features of the basic model, such as low radiation levels, frost resistance, 100% rechargeable units, and an easy user experience. In addition, the Premium model has a larger battery, which increases standby time to nearly double, up to 200 hours. The already large range has also grown by 20% compared to the basic model. Other new features include two-way audio communication, allowing parents to soothe their little one remotely through the parent unit, and a night light that can be activated remotely to help ease nighttime fears. Both units are charged using the included traditional USB-C to USB-A cable.
The fabric-covered baby unit is also less obtrusive in terms of decor than the glossy plastic shell of the basic version. It is possible to connect multiple separately purchased baby units to the Premium model, allowing you to monitor up to 3 different baby monitors with one parent unit. This is a convenient way to monitor little ones in three different children’s rooms using the same parent unit. The package includes one baby unit, and two additional units can be purchased separately if needed. The parent unit features not only traditional sound alerts but also vibration alerts and an LED indicator. Thanks to its convenient belt clip, the small unit can be easily attached to a belt, for example. The sensitivity of the microphone and the volume of the receiver are both adjustable. The functionality of Capidi has been tested even at temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius.
