Remote diagnostics – Smart support.
It can be stressful if an appliance doesn’t work as it should. Remote diagnostics come to the rescue here. You just need to call the Home Connect Hotline and schedule a remote diagnosis appointment for your connected appliance. With your permission, Bosch customer service will examine the appliance remotely, possibly identify the problem, and provide precise instructions on how to proceed. If the issue cannot be resolved this way, a Bosch service technician can prepare for the fault in advance and arrive equipped with the necessary spare parts. Smart, isn’t it?

Hood control from the cooktop – Control the hood from your cooktop.
Control the hood functions from your cooktop. When both your cooktop and the hood installed above it are equipped with Wi-Fi modules, the devices can interact with each other. As soon as you start the cooktop, the hood also starts to remove odors and steam immediately as they are generated. When cooking on the cooktop ends, the hood switches off after a short delay, ensuring that all unpleasant smells are removed. If you want to control the hood manually, simply activate manual mode by pressing the selector on the cooktop. In addition to suction power, you can also control the hood lighting. All cooktop and hood functions with a single control.

PowerBoost – Speed up your cooking.
Want easy meals on your plate faster? PowerBoost can help. This handy feature provides extra power for very fast heating. You can boil large amounts of water on your induction cooktop – heating up 35% faster than the highest standard power level.

QuickStart – Start faster.
The QuickStart function detects which cooking zone you placed the pot on and automatically activates that zone’s control panel. You can start heating by selecting the desired power without delay.

ReStart – Keeps your settings.
When you turn off your cooktop, the last settings remain in memory for a short time. If you restart the cooktop within a short period*, the device remembers your settings and you can continue where you left off. (*memory duration can be set in the device’s additional options)

Induction technology – Safe and fast
The induction cooktop heats only the area where heat is needed – the bottom of the pot. What does this mean? Safety and more comfortable use. Lower surface temperature prevents you or children from burning your fingers. That’s not the only advantage; induction also boils two liters of water twice as fast as a traditional glass-ceramic cooktop. Saving you time and energy.
