Remote Diagnostics – Smart support.
It can be stressful when an appliance doesn’t work as it should. Remote diagnostics comes to the rescue here. You just need to call the Home Connect Hotline and schedule a remote diagnostic session for your internet-connected appliance. With your permission, Bosch customer service will examine the appliance remotely, possibly identify the problem, and provide you with precise instructions on how to proceed. If the issue cannot be resolved this way, a Bosch service technician can prepare in advance and come on-site equipped with the necessary spare parts. Smart, isn’t it?

Hood control from the hob – Control your hood from your hob.
Control the hood’s functions from your hob. When both your hob and the hood installed above it are equipped with Wi-Fi modules, the devices can interact with each other. As soon as you turn on the hob, the hood also starts to remove odors and steam immediately as they form. When cooking on the hob ends, the hood switches off after a short delay, ensuring all unpleasant smells are removed first. If you want to control the hood manually, just activate the manual mode by pressing the selector on the hob. Besides controlling the extraction power, you can also control the hood lighting. All hob and hood functions with a single control.

PowerBoost – Speed up your cooking.
Want easy meals on your plate faster? PowerBoost can help. This practical feature provides extra power for very rapid heating. You can boil large amounts of water on your induction hob and heat 35% faster than on the highest normal power setting.

QuickStart – Start faster.
The QuickStart function detects which cooking zone you placed the pot on and automatically activates that zone’s control panel. You can begin heating by selecting the desired power level without delay.

ReStart – Retains your settings.
When you turn off your hob, the last settings remain in memory for a short time. If you restart the hob within a short period*, it remembers your settings so you can continue where you left off. (*memory duration can be set in the appliance’s additional settings)

Induction technology – Safe and fast
The induction hob heats only where heat is needed – at the bottom of the pot. What does this mean? Safety and more comfortable use. The lower surface temperature prevents you or children from burning your fingers. And that’s not the only advantage: induction also boils two liters of water twice as fast as a traditional glass-ceramic hob. Saving you time and energy.
