The Black Diamond Distance Carbon Z is a lightweight telescopic pole designed for fast movement. The fully carbon fiber construction offers durability and lightness, and its three-piece foldable design allows for quick deployment. The pole’s slimmer diameter reduces weight and bulk without compromising strength.
The pole shaft is made of 100% carbon fiber, making it light yet strong. This construction supports fast progress and withstands demanding use. The foldable Z-Pole mechanism enables quick and easy assembly and disassembly of the pole.
The lightweight EVA foam handle provides ample comfort without unnecessary weight. The handle also includes an extension section that offers more grip options. The straps are made from breathable, moisture-wicking recycled nylon, enhancing comfort even on long hikes.
The pole comes with interchangeable Tech Tip tips suitable for both tungsten carbide and rubber tips. Additionally, the low-profile and easily removable baskets make the pole versatile for different terrains. The pole is also compatible with the Z-Pole Snow Basket.
