Venus is an authentic Bialetti Italian “moka pot” steel coffee maker, suitable for use on all stovetops, including induction. With the moka pot, you prepare a strong and full-bodied Italian moka coffee, which also serves as a good base for milk coffees. With the 10-cup Venus moka pot, you brew ten espresso cups.
Moka pots come in different sizes because the pot’s filter must always be fully loaded with coffee. Otherwise, the water passes through the filter too quickly, resulting in weak coffee. Using two or more different-sized moka pots allows you to prepare a flexible amount of coffee at one time. The Venus Induction moka pot is made of nylon and stainless steel, finished with a glossy surface.
The moka pot uses coffee ground finer than for a drip coffee maker but slightly coarser than actual espresso grind. We recommend freshly roasted coffee beans and a quality coffee grinder.
Note! Induction cookers always leave a little water in the bottom water chamber to ensure safety and prevent overheating. Safe valve.
