Moka pots come in various sizes because the filter must always be filled to the brim with coffee. Otherwise, water will pass through the filter too quickly, resulting in a weak brew. By using two or more moka pots of different sizes, you can brew a flexible amount of coffee at once. The Moka Express is crafted from aluminum and can be used on both electric and gas stoves. We also offer moka pots made from stainless steel, which are compatible with induction cooktops.

For the best results, use coffee that is ground finer than what you’d use for a drip coffee maker but slightly coarser than traditional espresso grind. We recommend freshly roasted coffee beans and a quality coffee grinder.
