The Brikka stovetop espresso maker, equipped with a double pressure valve, brews a rich, espresso-like moka coffee topped with a delightful layer of crema, just like you’d find in a traditional espresso. The pressure valve, functioning like a pressure cooker, ensures a smoother brewing process, delivering a more intense flavor experience in your cup compared to a standard moka pot. Proudly made in Italy.
Moka pots come in various sizes, as the filter must always be filled to the brim with coffee. Otherwise, water can flow through the filter too quickly, resulting in a weak brew. By using two or more moka pots of different sizes, you can brew a flexible amount of coffee at once. The Brikka moka pot is crafted from aluminum and is compatible with all types of stovetops except induction.
For the best results, use coffee that is ground finer than what you’d use for a drip coffee maker, but slightly coarser than a true espresso grind. We recommend freshly roasted coffee beans and a high-quality coffee grinder.
This product does not include coffee cups.
