Bamix is double-insulated, so you can safely use it in hot pots and pans. All parts that come into contact with food are stainless and food-safe, and they do not impart any off-flavors. Cleaning the device couldn’t be easier; no detergents are needed—after use, simply run it in warm water at the second speed, and the strong turbulence in the water cleans the parts that have been in contact with food.
