Ninja is a 5-inch lightweight, compact camera-mounted 10-bit HDR monitor that records up to 4Kp60 ProRes, ProRes RAW, Avid DNx, and H.265 codecs while enhancing monitoring and connectivity features.
With the AtomIC chipset and the new AtomOS 11 interface that optimizes memory management, the built-in Ninja sets a new standard of creativity for all kinds of creators. AtomOS 11 brings creators a range of impressive new and advanced monitoring and recording features such as RecordAssist, PlayBackAssist, SegmentPro, ELZone, and Arri False Color.
Add the Atomos Connect module to Ninja to share what’s displayed on the Atomos screen with other Connect-enabled devices, iPads, Macs, and Apple TV cables in the same spaces or anywhere in the world via the Atomos RemoteView app. Make Ninja even more versatile with Atomos Connect to utilize cloud-based workflows like C2C, Atomos Edit, and Atomos RemoteView through Atomos Cloud Studio. Connect also includes 12G-SDI, wireless AirGlu timecode and control, Wi-Fi 6, and NDI. Atomos’s close partnerships with major camera manufacturers ensure Ninja works seamlessly with an increasing number of DSLR and mirrorless cameras.

SSD Storage

Ninja is compatible with Atomos Master Caddy II and Master Caddy III 2.5-inch hard drives that support direct recording to drives. You can also record to compact AtomX SSDmini drives and CFAST II cards using a separately available adapter.

Power Options

The L-series battery plate on the back of Ninja supports NP-F L-series batteries that provide 5.8–7.2V power. The USB-C port supports 30W PD power delivery with the included cable. Use the included dummy eliminator to power the monitor from DC power sources.
