Chef’s knife with a slim handle and an 18 cm blade. This knife is well-suited for use as a general kitchen knife for cutting meat, vegetables, and fish. The blade features oval grinds that prevent food from sticking. Arcos knives offer excellent value for money as professional-grade tools. Since 1745, knives made in the Albacete region of Spain have followed a traditional forging method and are made from Nitrum stainless steel, with a hardness of C56 on the Rockwell scale. The steel is also manufactured in Spain.
The Arcos knife handle is made of grippy and moisture-resistant polyoxymethylene plastic (POM), and its rivets are made of durable stainless steel. The handles are molded and attached to the knives at Arcos’s own factory.
Arcos knives are packaged in stylish transparent gift boxes.
