High-quality forged chef’s knife with a 19 cm long blade, suitable as a versatile kitchen knife. The knife is inspired by Japanese santoku and kiritsuke knives. However, the forged blade has a rocking motion, making it easy to cut meat, fish, and vegetables. Arcos knives offer an excellent price-quality ratio as professional-grade tools. Since 1745, knives made with the Spanish forging tradition in the province of Albacete have been crafted from forged Nitrum stainless steel, with a hardness of C56 on the Rockwell scale. The steel is also manufactured in Spain.
The handle of the Arcos Manhattan knives is made of grippy and moisture-resistant polyoxymethylene plastic (POM), and its rivets are durable stainless steel. The handles are cast and attached to the knives in Arcos’s own factory. The handles are especially well-shaped and finished to maximize user comfort.
