The Bosch DHL555BM Serie 4 is a built-in cooker hood designed for installation in a special cabinet or inside a hood, for example, above a kitchen island. It is suitable for connection to a duct or for recirculation in the room, providing efficient ventilation with an intensive airflow of up to 604 m³/h. The metallic silver exterior of the cooker hood blends subtly into the kitchen decor.
The cooker hood features a capacitor motor that offers three different power levels plus an intensive setting for especially effective ventilation. When connected to a duct, the noise level remains low, for example, 46 dB at the lowest setting, making operation pleasant without disturbing noise. At the intensive setting, airflow can reach up to 604 m³/h.
The device is equipped with a sliding switch for smooth power setting changes. The cooker hood has two LED lamps with a color temperature of 3500 K and an illumination intensity of 438 lux, providing sufficient light for cooking without unnecessary glare.
Two metal grease filters are removable and dishwasher safe, making maintenance easy and ensuring effective grease filtration over time. The grease filtration efficiency is class B, and the filters can be washed in a dishwasher.
The dimensions of the cooker hood are 215 x 530 x 380 mm, with installation dimensions of 215 x 500 x 350 mm. The device comes with a 1.3-meter power cord, and the diameter of the exhaust air connection pipe is 150 mm. The product is certified with CE and VDE marks.
When installed for recirculation, an active carbon filter (sold separately) is used. In this mode, airflow is lower and noise levels higher, but the device still operates efficiently without duct connection.
The cooker hood belongs to energy efficiency class D, with an annual energy consumption of 89.4 kWh. The lighting efficiency is class A, meaning effective lighting with low energy consumption.
