The Shelly Wall Display connects wirelessly to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network and includes Bluetooth connectivity, which also acts as a gateway for Shelly Bluetooth devices. The device operates locally without cloud connection, but activating Shelly Cloud facilitates data storage and expands functionality. Support for MQTT, HTTP, and WebSocket protocols enables broad integration with various systems.
The device is based on the second-generation ESP32 processor, which provides powerful performance. Security features include overheat, overvoltage, overcurrent, and overload protection.
