It utilizes a high-resolution, high-frequency vortex flow sensor that accurately measures nozzle pressure. A state-of-the-art algorithm dynamically adjusts the flow rate based on sensor data, ensuring unprecedented printing accuracy.

Fast and Accurate Printing

All-metal rails, a robust frame, a nozzle pressure sensor, acceleration sensors, an efficient MCU, and above all, an advanced motion control system leverage these features. The result is a 14-minute benchy print done with quality and speed according to the speedbenchy rules straight out of the box without special materials.

Plug-N-Play

Delivered fully assembled, precisely aligned, and finely tuned. Preparing for the first print takes about 20 minutes.

Automatic Z-offset

The A1 Mini measures the print bed with the nozzle to determine the absolute Z-offset. You no longer need paper as a reference.

Fully Automatic Calibration

The A1 Mini handles multiple calibrations entirely independently. It carefully calibrates the Z-offset, print bed leveling, vibration resonance, and nozzle pressure automatically for each print:

  • Vibration Calibration: Sensors on the print head and print bed allow for automatic resonance calibration on both the X and Y axes, improving print quality and reducing vibration.
  • Flow Dynamics: A flow dynamics calibration algorithm based on nozzle pressure automatically adjusts the flow. Manual adjustments or patterns are unnecessary, as the A1 Mini independently performs Pressure Advanced calibration.
  • Belt Tension: Using vibration frequency calibration, the A1 Mini checks the belt tension. If the belt is too loose, the HMS system will notify you, and you can use the automatic belt tensioner to adjust the tension.

Quiet Printing

Active motor noise suppression and quiet mode can reduce noise levels to below 48 dB, making the A1 Mini one of the quietest 3D printers on the market.

Quick Nozzle Changes

A completely new quick-change nozzle design: the hot end detaches and attaches with a single clip.
