Q5 Max is a fully wireless and customizable 96% mechanical keyboard made from durable aluminum. It is programmable with QMK/VIA software, allowing you to customize the keyboard’s functions.
To enhance the typing experience, the keyboard features multiple layers of acoustic foam that ensure premium sound quality with every keystroke. The Q5 Max’s metal frame is made of 6063 aluminum, which is CNC machined, polished, sandblasted, and undergoes 24 other manufacturing processes.
Programmable knob Designed to boost productivity, the premium rotary knob lets you easily customize your favorite keys and macros with the innovative VIA software. You can assign any key or macro command to the knob, such as zooming, screen brightness, brush size, opacity, volume control, selecting video clips/photos, or backlight settings.
Wireless and wired modes The keyboard can connect to up to three devices via Bluetooth and switch between them easily. Using the wireless USB dongle, you can convert the keyboard to wireless mode if Bluetooth is unavailable. Additionally, it features a wired mode with a USB Type-C connection.
KSA Double-shot PBT keycaps The ergonomic design of the KSA profile and its classic appearance make it a perfect choice for everyday typing. PBT keycaps offer excellent oil resistance, improve typing feel, and prevent letter fading.
Switch layouts between macOS and Windows The Keychron Q5 Max is built with Mac users in mind while maintaining compatibility with Windows devices. It includes a system toggle switch and an extra set of customized keys for both Windows and macOS systems. You can save two different layouts on the keyboard, one for each system.
