The Peugeot BBQ mill is the grill master’s dream gift! Specifically designed for outdoor use, the mill is equipped with an automatic light, a hanging hook, and shock-absorbing rings on both the upper and lower parts of the mill. The automatic light turns on when the mill is tilted at a 25-degree angle and turns off when the mill is returned to a vertical position. The light is particularly useful when grilling in dark and dim conditions. The impressively sized mill is made from PEFC-certified wood sourced from local timber and treated to a graphite gray finish.
The Peugeot brothers invented the pepper mill in 1874. Currently, there are over 1000 different mills in production. All Peugeot mills are still made in France, partly by hand. The steel mechanisms of Peugeot mills come with a lifetime warranty. The warranty does not cover damage or cosmetic defects caused by misuse, improper storage, or the use of the wrong product. Please use only black or white pepper in the pepper mills. Other soft peppers should be ground in a mortar. When grinding, turn the top of the mill only clockwise. A back-and-forth motion will not grind the spices properly. In salt mills, only dry, even-grained, and coarse salt intended for mills should be used. Moist bagged sea salt is not suitable for use in mills. Clean the mill’s exterior with a damp cloth. Mills should not be disassembled or washed with water.
