Worry-free use and peace of mind – With Lenovo’s extended service plans, you protect your valuable device from unexpected additional costs. At the same time, you receive an enhanced service level and response time in case of problems.

Service descriptions:

• 3 years – The extended service is valid for three years from the date of purchase of the device
• Onsite – The service center primarily aims to guide device repair over the phone and send parts by mail. If necessary, the service center will send a technician on-site to resolve the issue

Compatibility:

• Models with a standard 3-year Depot warranty (see list below)
• Check compatibility primarily with the Lenovo Smart Find system at https://smartfind.lenovo.com/services/
• Incompatible extended services will be refunded
• The extended service must be registered during the device’s factory warranty period

Supported models:

• ThinkBook 13, 14, 15
• ThinkPad 11e (5th Gen)
• ThinkPad Yoga 11e (4th Gen), 11e (5th Gen)

Extended services are registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.

Registration requires the serial number of the target device.

NOTE! The extended service does not cover the device’s battery.
