The Noux Grus telescopic poles are crafted from durable carbon fiber and 7075 aluminum alloy, making them resilient against pressure and rugged terrain impacts. With an adjustable length ranging from 63 to 135 cm, these poles feature convenient and durable locking mechanisms. The top section is made of carbon fiber, which is lightweight, stiff, and sturdy. Plus, carbon fiber feels warmer to the touch than metal, making it a great choice for winter use. Beneath the cork handle, there’s a foam grip that provides extra support, especially on steep inclines or when you need to hold the poles temporarily.
The lower sections of the poles are made from high-quality 7075 aluminum, which better withstands bumps compared to carbon fiber. The weight savings achieved with carbon fiber in thinner tubes would be minimal.
These poles come equipped with ergonomic cork grips that maintain a solid hold even when wet, are resistant to wear, and provide excellent thermal insulation.
