Introducing the Gram IO5610-90X, a versatile and high-quality built-in oven featuring a genuine convection oven. This convection oven heats up incredibly fast, eliminating the need for preheating, so you can place your dishes right inside. With true convection, you can cook multiple meals at once while reducing energy consumption by using lower cooking temperatures. The spacious 65-liter capacity and triple-glazed door ensure a cool exterior temperature, making it safe to use.
Genuine Convection ensures perfect heat distribution, allowing you to prepare several dishes simultaneously. You can even bake pastries on multiple levels and still achieve great results. The convection fan works alongside a ring heater to warm the circulating air, distributing hot air evenly and efficiently throughout the oven. By using convection, you can lower cooking temperatures, enhancing energy efficiency. Plus, there’s no need to preheat the oven, which shortens heating time and improves energy savings. Cleaning is also easier, as any splatters that may occur won’t stick to the oven’s bottom or top. You can even use the convection function to cool down food or the oven itself when set to the zero position!
Defrosting/Drying Function
If you’ve forgotten to take your frozen items out of the freezer, the oven’s defrosting function is here to help. This feature is gentler than defrosting in a microwave. You can also conveniently use this function for drying fruits like apples or mushrooms. The low temperature allows for drying, and by leaving the door slightly ajar, moisture can escape from the oven.
Pizza/Pie Function
In this mode, the oven’s convection fan, heater, and bottom heat are activated. This function is perfect for baking pizzas and pies, ensuring a crispy base and juicy, well-cooked topping.
ECO Heating
With this heating function, you can save energy while cooking. The oven temperature is limited, and we recommend preheating the oven before placing your dishes inside. The temperature setting remains unchanged during cooking, and it’s best not to open the door while food is being cooked. Note that the oven’s interior light will also turn off in this mode.
Easy Cleaning
Cleaning the Gram oven is a breeze. The oven door is fully made of glass on the inside, providing a stylish look and easy maintenance. You can remove the door’s glass panels individually without tools, making it simple to clean. The oven’s rack supports can also be easily removed, simplifying the cleaning of the oven’s interior.
Great Accessories
The oven comes with two standard low baking trays and one specially deep baking pan. Additionally, it includes a rack that conveniently holds various baking dishes. Of course, the oven is equipped with a child lock, preventing the door from being opened unnoticed, which is especially useful if the oven is installed under a counter. The child lock can be disabled if not needed.
