Protect the well-being of herbs by giving them the violet-tinted light they especially need for photosynthesis, without UV radiation. The Airam Herby grow light helps the plant grow taller and strengthen. During dark periods, additional light should be given for at least eight hours a day. The Herby LED grow light is intended as a growth light for herbs, seedlings, or small houseplants. The herb lamp fits three ø 8–9 cm herb pots. The grow light conveniently switches from grow light to a regular 4000 K desk lamp with the press of an on/off switch. Herby is designed to grow plants in their own pots. Place larger plants in pots at the bottom of the tray. When sowing seeds, place small planting pots on the perforated tray. Line the small pot with newspaper to prevent soil from leaking into the bottom of the tray. Alternatively, you can also try peat pellets. The Herby tray is not intended to hold soil and water, but if watering water leaks into the tray from the pots, the excess water can easily be poured out from the bottom and the tray cleaned.
The Herby grow light can be used with a traditional mechanical timer or a remote-controlled timer to turn the light on only for the desired time (sold separately).
