The Leica Summilux-M 35 f/1.4 is a reissue of the 1961 Summilux-M. In 1961, the Summilux-M was the world’s fastest 35 mm lens while still being compact and lightweight. The 2022 reissue retains the same excellent features and optical design as the original model: seven elements in five groups and a ten-blade aperture. The lens features the same rustproof steel front ring and a similar black lens hood as the original model.
