Service descriptions:

• 3 years – Valid for three years from the date of purchase of the device. The target device must have an equally long onsite warranty
• Tech Install CRU – Some computer parts are so-called CRU (Customer Replaceable Unit) parts, which are intended to be replaced by the user themselves in possible fault situations (Lenovo provides the replacement part). If a technician is required onsite to perform part replacements in all service cases, the Tech Install CRU additional service is necessary
